The Carefree Tire is manufactured from a unique method of centrifugally casting a proprietary blend of Micro-Cellular Polyurethane into a rapidly spinning tire mold. This technique actually traps hundreds of thousands of air cells into an extraordinarily durable, shock-absorbing polymer that creates a solid, flat free tire with an air like ride.

This centrifugal casting method was specifically designed to create a variable density tire that allows for a firm tread area to reduce rolling resistance and a soft sidewall for greater shock absorption.

Unlike solid rubber or solid urethane tires, a Carefree Tire provides an"air cushioned" ride without adding any significant weight. As a result, not only will a Carefree Tire last four to ten times longer than a similar pneumatic tire, but require up to 40% less effort to roll. Again, the Carefree Tire is not foam filled nor injected with tire sealant.
